May Today be a New Beginning πŸ™πŸΎπŸ’›

Peace Sangha,

Did you know that grief can present itself in many places in our body, in our lungs, turning them into a place of sadness, a place where unexpressed grief and unshed tears hide and secretly make a home. This may lead to our grief turning into a cold or flu, where unshed tears will find an outlet through the nose or the eyes without you being aware… This journey is the body’s natural way of allowing itself to grieve, to receive comfort and rest. Yet, the question that often remains is: how many of us are truly listening to what our bodies are trying to tell us?

May today be a new beginning, bringing you the precious gift of release and the peaceful act of letting go. May we gently listen to the quiet true voice of our body temple from within. May we choose softness, not as a way of giving up, but as the truest form of strength.
